          It’s the butter that, if you let it sit in a very warm environment, it will turn very clear at the top. I don't know what the benefits are.
          Just eat regular raw butter.

            @zygomidus I do but ive heard people talk about clarified butter being better at lubricating deep tissue and pulling toxins
