What do you y'all think about waking up at night to eat something. I think Aajonus said because of the amount protein in the blood going to Zero.

@Otpyral super crucial once I started implementing it I sleep less and have more energy during the day while waking up rested and not groggy. Basically what aajonous said is 100% true for me

@Klaudio_Bosi Do you set an alarm? And doesn't it disrupt sleep?

@Otpyral I set an alarm give or take 4 hours. It depends person to person when autophagy starts. Some less some more than that

I always fall asleep between 19:00 and 20:00 and wake at 23:00-0:00 to eat something like a fruit or a sip of colostrum.
