I dont live there, but maybe you can search for butchers that also sell organs near you with AI.For raw milk, you can search on getrawmilk.com

You dont need a butcher. Its impossible to get sick from eating raw meat no matter how bad the quality is. The worst that'll happen is that low quality meat tastes a bit worse.
