      @TrenAndTartare
      High fat will fix spasms. Not much to explain. You have high uric acid in the muscles and that can be fixed with raw animal fats.

      "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

              @TrenAndTartare Hot Water Bottles: Wrap a rubber hot water bottle in a flannel pillowcase or towel and place it next to your neck (not directly on it, to avoid blocking circulation with pressure).The Tenting Method: Lie on your side or back with hot water bottles near the neck and head. Place a silk or wool cloth over your head and the water bottles to "tent" the heat into the area. This allows the sinew and tendons to expand and relax.Duration: Keep the heat on for as long as possible, ideally throughout the night.

              Spam lube formula and use the pain formula ofc. Drink a cup of raw cream to soothe nervous system.

              Mix 2 tablespoons of raw coconut cream with 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider vinegar and rub it gently into the neck twice daily to help break down mineral crystallisation and congestion.
              Vinegar or Whey: If the spasm is due to lactic acid (common after exercise or heavy metabolism), drinking 1–2 teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar in milk or 2–4 ounces of raw liquid whey can help dissolve the crystals.
              Rubbing bone marrow into the neck before sleep can help repair damaged or shrunken tendons

              Do not attempt to stretch the neck while it is cold and rigid, as this can cause bruising or further injury.

              Once the neck is thoroughly warmed by a bath or hot water bottle, perform a gentle spinal twist or the "Plow" yoga pose to stretch the vertebrae and release pinched nerves.
              Gently move your chin to your chest to stretch the tendons while they are in a relaxed, heated state.
