Through Goatis recommending the book "We Want To Live". I always read books that are mainly philosophy, but I started reading the book by Aajonus and it convinced me to start primal. -

@TrenAndTartare i remember that in like maybe 2024 or early 2025 i dont remember i was laying on the floor on my rug in my room and i saw tiktok containing goatis and i liked him right away and got deeper into it

@TrenAndTartare I just saw the big q some random day and it started to click with me and made sense logically so I started to eat raw meat raw eggs and raw milk.

Someone linked goatis channel in late 2024 on discord talking about how to grow taller, ended up watching a lot of his videos for fun but got slowly convinced over time to start eating more meat and eventually raw meat (ironically i never watched his blackpill video)

it started with general health podcast and me realizing that i could change. youtube started showing me different nutrition methods. i started experimenting first with dr sebi and the carnivore. i randomly found a discord server link i didnt have discord at the time downloaded and joined and a person in the group that ill be for ever thankful for told me about primal. life changing.

I was really helped convinced by Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price. He does mention how most primitive tribes prized the fatty animal products and often ate them raw.

@TrenAndTartare Friend recommended one of Aajonus' lectures. Watched it and studied it. Immediately got intrigued and wanted to learn more, and that spiralled into reading his books and workshops.

Gradual transformation. First through Santa Cruz and Paul saladino. Paul saladino was actually eating raw liver back then and I followed his animal based diet and it was quite decent for a npc diet cuz I was eating rare meat all the time (raw in the middle basically). Then raw primal got popular on tiktok and I saw Felix edwards eating raw organs in the sun (2024) and I was like wtf but I was still curious do it and raw nade sense to me but I was scared of bacteria until I saw goatis bacteria deception video but I was still eating raw beef cuz it was was considered safe in normies terms. Then everything made sense to me about eating naturally. Then I gradually got into aajonus. I always though there would be a better diet because I transitioned into the animal based diet but now I'm convinced that I am eating like a king.
