The reason why nothing happens with other people is because they dump toxins into their body everyday so the body just accumulates it instead of getting rid of it. The severity of the detox is proportional to how toxic a substance is and how has been consumed.

@zygomidus Yes, their body is full of toxins, so they cannot regulate the toxins in their body properly."

@Jennifercheck I don't get any issues from bread or McDonald's either, but I do from chips, probably because chips contain seed oils that oxidize and create toxic byproducts and act like plastic in your body." mcdonalds is not even that bad to be honest they cook there meat with animal fat

Everything in McDonalds in my country and also in the USA have seed oils. Where do they cook McDonalds burgers in animal fat? Which country?

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

@villain If you only eat the meat and cheese, that’s fine—not ideal, since it’s still oxidized meat with a 50–60% loss of nutrients, but still 100 times better than chips.

I ate some chips after eating a healthy, primal diet for a long time, and I immediately developed breathing difficulties and a very high heart rate it’s crazy how other people can eat this every day

@carlosrawmeateat I experienced a similar thing after consuming seed oils, my heart rate dramatically speeds up and my breathing also becomes much harder and heavier
