1. Raw fermented milk cupboard aged 5-7 days (200ml)
   Pre digested fats and sugar that the body will absorb with barely any effort

2. Raw butter (100g)
   Easiest digestible animal fat

3. Good quality blood (175ml)
   Big charge of energy

4. Raw brain (30g-45g)
   Removes toxic heavy metals from ur head

5. Raw eggs (2-3 large eggs)
   Every known nutrient on the planet

6. Unheated honey optional (1tbsp)
   If ur a faggot

Drink 1-2 times a day
Don’t chug this elixir sip it slowly to have proper absorption and also don’t use a blender be a man and mix it with ur hands.
Drinking this will connect you to me and as long as my heart is pumping on this earth you will be protected against all harm
