Detox from being sick

I had a stomach infection and i had to go to the hospital, aside from that they spammed 1.6 g medicine on me, isn’t it like a restart for the body? Since i had diarrhea. Does anyone know where this comes from because I’ve been drinking raw milk since a year(they said it’s caused by the milk) and I’m starting to think that i won’t drink raw milk anymore because i felt like i almost died. Does anyone know from what this is caused? Thank you.
