i fell asleep under the ac at 16 degrees and it s close to me and blows right on me i woke up in the night very cold feeling sick in the morning how do i heal without toxic medicine?

Sleep outside broo!But in all seriousness, you could eat warmed up (not heated) raw dairy. Also get more rest and don't do forced detox.
Turn off the ac also
The ac cools the core temperature and that constricts vessels and lets microbes that are already present multiply faster in cold tissue."Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
