    I recently saw a video of an 80 year old "caveman" and it was amazing life fuel. He was chronologically 80 while looking 20 with some wrinkles. It's amazing what eating raw animals can do to you. Maybe the maximum lifespan is 200-300 years if you don't die to your environment. Also think of all the procedures like parabiosis. At this point, your maximum lifespan seems like it's bound to your imagination and creativity. (if you don't die to external causes of course).

    @88
    If almost your whole life you eat strictly raw primal then living past 100 is very likely.

    "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

      @Hunterskull Yah but imagine you have access to procedures that the elites do like parabiosis. Parabiosis is your vascular system being connected with a younger subject. In rats it has shown to rejuvenate the cells of the older mouse. Now imagine procedures like that except on humans.

            @88 I’ve heard 140 thrown around a few times, I think that’s under the assumption of strict primal since birth, no blue light, clean air, good environment. So probs 100 for us id say

              @88 aajonus believed that humans reached maturity at 21 years old and that most animals live 7 times that as a normal life span. So in nature he believe that 147 was a good life and anything before that was a pre mature death.

                            If you were living optimally 100% from birth to death I'd say 120-150
