I wouldnt do it. And def do not cook it. It is always more dangerous to cook it even if it is toxic.

I ate raw chicken hearts from the store in sweden yesterday lol, only chicken liver is a problem

I might try them.@Hunterskull chewier because of more contractive tissue (thats why i let them age a day or two outside the fridge) it taste a little bit more like muscle meat and they have some pieces that remind me of skin. Its good but nothing crazy
