Ive been thirsty asf since starting a zero carb raw carnivore diet and been hydrating with gerolsteiner but wonder if cucumber juice would be a better option since its super hydrating, low carb, and low toxin. Am going to do it anyways but want to hear what you guys think

Drink raw clabbered milk or kefir instead. The lactic acid eats the lactose so there is very little if any carbs left. Probably will have far less carbs than cucumber juice too

Yeah it's way better. Just use your intuition. Drink as little water as possible like gerolsteiner

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!
