I have had dry skin my whole life and im so tired that im just gonna do everything to make a change. Im planning on going on carnivore diet. Does anyone have the same problem? And is there a fix?
Just to note i have ezcema

@chrisprimal understand why you have dry skin in the first place instead of going raw carnivore. But your dry skin is most likely because your skin aren't receiving a sufficient ammount of fat so have a lubrication formula everyday and your dry skin will improve. Eczema is detox through the lymph and skin.

@chrisprimal I had the exact same issues with my skin being super dry, and then randomly out of nowhere it would get overly oily. It’s so frustrating to deal with.
Going on PD is the best way to fix this. Honestly, things like eczema and skin issues are always going to be fixed by diet and getting your body right from the inside out. If your skin still isn't fixed from the PD Definitley try to eat a lot of animal fats and try Aajonus's lube formula.
Stick with the diet change and hopefully you start seeing real results soon.
