(he grew the olives in his garden)@maryxx generally its just a nice gesture since its ur grandpa. if u like the taste of homemade olive oils u can prolly eat them but nutrient wise its different. they got anti nutrients and no cave men would eat that instead of pure meat yk

(he grew the olives in his garden)@maryxx you can but they are detoxifying and they dry you out they don't lubricate you. If you wanna detox and clean yourself from toxins use some but eat some butter on the side as well or some raw fat. Keep in mind it must be cold pressed never heated above 96 degrees Fahrenheit/36 degrees Celsius.
