dreams on primal

Once i ve started eating primal i started having way more dreams like once every few days , I remember having interesting dreams everyday while being little and then for a very long time i barely had any or like once a month now i’m starting to have more why?
i ve also heard after eating brain you get crazy dreams is that true?

@merib301 do people not have dreams every night? I’ve had dreams every night of my life I didn’t know people didn’t

@merib301 It MIGHT be because your brain got oiled up from the nutrients and works better from all the vitamins u consumed, With regard to the brain part i remember when i ate raw brain for the first time in my life (even though it was a small ammount because it was from a bird) i had no dreams but the other day in the morning i was like so mentally rejuvinated (and i felt the contrast because i was and i am still slightly mentally ill from the vacciness and low fat diet i got as a child) i had a nostalgia about how i was feeling mentally in my youngest years of life and like i was so calm yet so concious it was a really a diffrent state of mind/conciousness, and no raw liver or meat had me feeling like this, it was probably because i healed my own brain from the small brain of the bird

Same tbh but i only remember it like once a week, your dreams reveal what you really want in life from my experience
