dental care (fluoride)

i would like to know natural ways to take care of my dental health, i have three cavities, and all the research ive done points to fluoride, but after reading through this forum, I realized people here hate it. Id like to know what you would use instead and why fluoride is considered so bad.

i watched an interesting video basically fluoride kills all your bacteria. your toungue has its own crop field but with fluoride it kills everything. i use a boar bristle tooth brush and cold pressed coconut oil. i got no cavities. make sure you spit in a jar not drain oil will build up. i always eat raw cheese or drink milk after to help re mineralize
