            @Brody-Moore
            Low quality raw steak is better than high quality cooked/frozen steak.

            "Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

              @Brody-Moore This is backwards logic. According to aajonus, it's would be more optimal to cook high quality meat and eat low quality meat raw. (not saying that he advocated for cooking at all). Because if you eat something raw, you absorb only about 3-5% of the toxins compared to cooked which is ~100%

                @legendarykennen Doesn't cooking destroy the toxins present in meat?

                  @Duta-M no you because you make the food foreign to the body by altering the chemical structure of the food when you cook it. Also you create toxins and damage nutrients when you cook it.

                  Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

                    @Brody-Moore I would only cook like toxic reptiles. A cow that was fed grains can still be a relativity healthy cow if an optimal environment.
