    Personally I prefer my steak blue or rare yes this is not primal. However, it’s a lot more easily digestible and you get all the nutrients from raw steak. don’t get me wrong I do love raw steak if it’s high quality🥰

      @Brody-Moore You dont get all the nutrients from the animal plus you create toxins from the cooking.

        Make tartare. Get a piece of lean meat and painstakingly chop it up into small pieces for an hour then grate an obnoxious amount of raw cheese on it and mix in two eggs yolks. Absolutely delicious, add some Dijon mustard or chopped pickles optionally for more flavor. Cooked meat is indigestible jfl
