@Shaprawy idk how u guys get so arrogant. You are forgetting aajonus was experimenting and studying diet for 30+ years. With thousands of clients and experiments, he also studied with a clear, sharp, optimal mind as he ate full raw for years.

@Shaprawy By this logic all christians, muslims, jews and so on are low iq. Everything about nutrition is inherently religious. It's just that i'm religious to aajonus, whos claims are replicable for 99.99% of people who try it. faceiq is just religious to a different party, that being studies.

@88 not defending faceiq diet but he ACTUALLY said he changed his diet because he trusted his senses and was going against alot of points that the carnivore religion makes on diet thats based on some studies, so he was supporting the idea of following ur senses and critiquing studies

@Elliott87 im absolutely not, aajonus is the best health practitioner oat, what im saying is there are things that can be better taken from another prespectives, things like the sun which he didnt emphasize enough thats where jack kruse is just better, eating around a pound of fruits is natural, i mean we lived most of our existence in the tropics where there was alot of fruits, things he didnt emphasize enough like mental health (so important) this is where i trust excellent health and carl jung more than aajonus, or frequency healing which actually does work, subliminals and subconcious programming all of these things he just didnt mention or emphasize enough, if u were only an aajonus fan u would miss out on all of these because "he did experiments" as like these ppl didnt see the results on themselves or did experiments too, most ppl fall in the fallacy of "this is all i know and do so it must be all the good out there"
