South-American citizens have 100X more rights than EU citizens

unironicaly south america has like more rights rn than we do in EU even though they dont list the rights in law like we do in EU.
In Europe we are being chat controlled, we are being watched on security cameras that identify our faces with AI, tracked by GPS, tracked by 5G, Digital-ID, Digital money, tracked by fucking everyhting, everything is limited by bureacracy and policy and laws. You can't do nothing here and you have no rights, this is literal slavery. Our law books list all our rights but they are bullshit, those south-american countries often dont list shit about "rights of the citizens" to the law and they still have much more practical rights than we do.
"Right" means the overall freedom for person to do whatever he wants. South-america might have more "inequality" but that just means they are free to create that inequality. In EU people are forced to be poor and enslaved equally.
In EU they make everything super comfortable for the weak, but the weak should not be even alive as they are weakening our genes.
