Ever since I started having diarrhea during not strict PD my life fell apart
-
I woke up one day and had diarrhea. Then, I felt nauseous. I told my parents and my raw meat was confiscated.
The following day I was still a little nauseous. Today and yesterday I drank some raw milk. ( all of my dairy products are stored in plastic from purchase til I finish eating them ). This night I am met with horrible news. Another episode of diarrhea. What am I supposed to do? Raw foods brought a lot of happiness to me, but now they've turned against me. I really don't know what to do. Could raw animal products betray me like this? Should I give them another try when I go to the butcher next time?Have been drinking raw milk and eating raw meat rarely ever since september last year. ............ ;d

Have some raw unsalted cheese (cheese trains) since you have raw milk. It's is absolutely essential if you have a very toxic stomach. Also watch this video if you are scared about raw foods.

@zygomidus I'll have to look for a source of cheese trains or make them myself. The current cheese I have is heated to 50-60 degrees celsius when it's made, made from raw milk.
I am starting to believe that maybe the animals that I get my food from are slightly toxic, but I'll give them another try when I go to the butcher next time. -
