If a herbivore eats vegetable oils, it has a body temperature of 101 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. It can keep vegetable oils fluid at that body temperature. With our bodies, it's 98.6 or lower. What happens to the vegetable oil? It crystallizes, hardens in the human body. First, it takes on a form like refrigerated margarine or refrigerated butter.

    So what happens?
It turns solid. Then water separates from it. Then it becomes a crystallized substance. If your body has used those oils as its structure, as its fat supply, it hardens, it blocks. The lymphatic system cannot help you dump out the skin, where 90% of the poisons are supposed to leave. So, it tries to dump out the urinary tract, out the bowels.

    What does that do?
That poisons your digestive environment and your urinary tract.

    What to do about it?
You need to melt these things to get them out of the body. You need to melt that lymphatic system. And you have to do that between 102 and 108 degrees. You have to get into like a hot tub with a controlled temperature that you can regulate right around 104, 105 degrees. 108 if you can take that temperature. And sit in it for atleast 45 minutes almost everyday just to get rid of the waste under the skin.

            Addition:
Much lymphatic congestion is a result from chemicals such as medications, preservatives, pesticides and herbicides, in combination with hydrogenated oils such as margarine, soy, flavoring additives, safflower oils, and peanut butter.

Those oils and combinations harden over time (5 – 20 years) and are not fluid at body temperature. Eating a balanced primal diet is important for slowly reversing lymphatic congestion (see the book The Recipe For Living Without Disease, Chapter 12). To help our bodies melt and dissolve hardened lymphatic congestion, I suggest taking 1 - 1 ½ hours hot baths every 3 – 4 days.
