Ive heard people say eating raw butter or rubbing it on the place you want to tan helps better facilitate sun exposure and even help you tan if you often just burn. True or false?

I'd suggest you just have it with your meat meals. You don't have to follow the Formula to a autistic degree so can adjust the amounts to how much butter you would eat. I usually make 2-3 a day with a constant total of 250g butter

My theory about topical raw butter would be that your skin absorbs it and it embeds itself in the fat cells so that your face for example is less prone to sunburns
