@Liverlover yeah come to think of it Andreas Nilsson (1+ year of raw meat) also has severe anterior pelvic tilt, its visible af and is giving him backpain already

Have you seen anyone able to fully 100% reverse something like anterior pelvic tilt? goata seems promising

@legendarykennen Yeah this diet is gonna give you peak health and potentially lower stress which could help prevent posture from getting worse. But yeah it would be stupid to think being very healthy will fix your posture 😂
Well yeah I fixed my own anterior pelvic tilt, which is of course not a local issue it’s a full body issue. Mine was moderately severe but yeah it’s pretty much completely fixed.
It might take a long time but you’ll see your relaxed posture improve slowly and eventually you’ll get there. I honestly trained posture pretty aggresively but you can take it slow too.

Look at this. Standard gym training makes your posture worse so that’s another reason not to do that. This would take years to fix and he won’t bc it’s not intuitive which is right but it’s to compensate something you naturally were supposed to have. Trust me this guy will get joint issues later in life he’s so far gone.
