        ok look, your overweight a bit for sure, but im going to be honest with you. There is no need to feel what you are feeling man. Since your 14 your metabolism will only be going up, and you will burn more fat. Feeling like am embarrasing fat pig is a completely overblown statement, you are a bit chubby, yes, but you aint obese.
        Im happy to help you with this stuff since its pretty straight forward and i will lay it out in simple term for you. You can message me if you need.

        One kg of fat is 7700 cal. Meaning if you want to lose 1 KG of fat per week, you want to be in a 1100 daily calorie deficit. If you want to lose 1/2 kg of fat per week, you need to be in a 550 daily calorie deficit. The greater of a deficit you have the faster you will lose weight, however it might also be more difficult to stay strict on your weight loss journey.

        Track all you calories, every single ounce, and do a deficit. You will 100% guaranteed lose weight.

          @truedracula That's a question for edtwt, I really wouldn't recommend starving yourself tho, especially at 14. I did the same thing around your age with similar stats, and all it got me was stuck in a cycle of losing weight, then binging it all back.

          I ended up wasting a long time feeling miserable, stunting my growth when I probably could've reached the same goal in less than half of the time by just eating a little less for a while (VERY common result of starving)

          you're not even that overweight , And most of your body development is happening now, So you should probably focus on that for your future, look into faceiq weight loss protocol instead of starving yourself.

          I cant really stop you tho so if you still decide to ignore it and go on with your starving thing, Use it like a starter boost, and if you feel any side effect like dizziness or weakness, Just stop starving and lose it properly 😊

                @r.rasho Our ancestors would go through bouts of fasting/starving. Because even the elite hunters would slip up and go without a meal for a few days.

                That's why they likely stayed at <12% Bodyfat. this is why Fasting makes sense to me because unlike starving, fasting is a choice and takes the psychological stress away. starving is psychological torture whereas fasting you can quit whenever you need.

                Hunters wouldn't go 24/7 365 days a year having food. we should replicate that because we are so spoiled for food it's insane.

                    @truedracula
                    ok bro if you think a deficit takes to long your dopamine receptors might actually be cooked. You want everything now, and that mentality isnt good in the long run.

                    Dude you yourself mentioned that starving yourself might bring the risk of getting the fat back again. So yes, you might lose 4 kg in one week, but in the coming weeks you will gain them back again. So now what, you wasted a month a development in puberty, and starved yourself needlessly, all to go back to square #1 and achieve absolutley nothing.
                    So a deficit is much healthier, way more optimal, and actually much more sustainable in the short AND long run.

                    Who are you, to say that you have the dicipline to starve yourself for weeks if you are already out here at 14 saying its over, just because its comparatively more difficult and requires more time?!

                    Like I cant even believe some of yall are real bro, your still growing man. Its not over, it literally just begun.

                    Just do a deficit, lose 10-15 kg, and you will be good to go.

                        @Jay from what I've seen intermittent fasting seems the best, like a 2 hour eating window. Because the body inherently gains some inflammation during eating anything. It's better to eat one big meal for several reasons it seems.

                        Enjoy the raw milk
