I saw some "primals" on TikTok promoting Häagen-dazs ice cream. Yet Häagen-dazs contains pasteurized dairy. We all know by now pasteurizing destroys enzymes and alters proteins. It also contains refined sugars, which causes blood sugar spikes. We should avoid refined sugars as much as possible. Häagen-dazs does not even contain only 5 ingredients, because they still use refined flour, seed oils and other processed ingredients for their flavouring. And it is very cold food of course, which slows digestion.
"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!

@Hunterskull I agree that it’s not beneficial for health. I mean why go out and buy that when you can make your own with unpasteurized ingredients. But if your in a pinch and craving some ice cream there is definitely worse things to consume. The vanilla flavours and I think also the strawberry have minimal additives
