Aajonus’s clients who saw the most physical changes always where super fat + detoxing, you’ll understand why below.

How do hormones do what they do? They interact with a receptor on the phospholipid layer (the cell membrane) the quality of this layer affects the cells functionality.

This layer is made from fat. There are many kinds of fats, different fats have different structure (shape), different electrostatic charges etc. Your phospholipid layer should be made out of RAW undamaged fats - fats that have been frozen changes their properties and are bad. The type of fat your layer is made from affects the cells sensitivity for hormones: GH, testosterone whatever. (And also its overall functionality)

Aajonus observed that toxins “tattoo” the phospholipid layer. This is where most people store their toxins, for people who are too skinny it stores inside the cell which is very bad! Obviously these toxins are going to ruin your cells functionality and sensitivity to hormones. This is why it is super important to detox too.and get fat to keep it away from their cells.

Hopefully this helps you understand that you need to detox + get fat. I typed this while walking so it is not the best sorry

I understand all of this and don't doubt the logistics of any of it, but how can we be sure of this when evolutionary Obese people didn't exist 200 years ago let alone 200,000.

Once upon a time Aajonus did some tests & now it's fine to ignore out biology and become obese even though obese people didn't exist 200 years ago? (i understand being obese on primal is very different but still)

Idk man seems like a huge gamble if you ask me.

@Jay well yea, we live in a toxic world, the goal is replace every cell membrane with optimal fats

@Elliott87 Ahh i see what you are saying. Because the world is so toxic compared to centurys ago we (the enlightened ones) had to come up with a way to counter it. so redirecting our evolution to survive and go in the right direction by putting on fat (the right way) to absorb the toxins

So naturally, we would be lean but we are countering evolution because of all the bullshit toxins created by capitalism and the elite. this is our only option. It's kind of bitter sweet in a way..
