@Truedracula I eat fruit myself daily
,but optimally you should not have it with a meat meal,eat them seperatly.You should also ideally not be eating so much high carb fruits, like avocados or mangos ofc you can still eat them sometimes,but mostly try to eat low carb fruits. -

@Truedracula Fruit contains very few antinutrients and unlike plants it lacks defense mechanisms; it is meant to be eaten.

Ya velomans right the melon family are the best as it's the least harmful with a thick skin to protect from pesticides. They are mostly water. Coconut water is elite too if you can get it fresh. both very hydrating.
Every morning, I make the Shake recipe but add organic frozen strawberry's & mango to it. I have sooo much energy. I can feel my cortisol lower drastically within the next hour.

@Truedracula in my opinion, the amount of fruits in your diet should scale up with how hot your environment is and how active you are. The body is better at handling carbs the hotter and more light your environment has. I would say that a reasonable upper amount to eat is 200g of carbs a day in peak summer and their function should be mainly hydration. The gold standard is eating local melons and honey if you can get them. There are other positives of carbs in the diet like lowering shbg which will end up raising free testosterone. Many of the other positives of having fruits in the diet can be mimicked by doing cold exposure. The point is, whatever environment you are in, you should be sending your body signals indicating that you are in fact in that environment. And from there forward, your body won't be mismatched.

@PrimalFinngolian what? You should always eat fruit paired with something else as it helps with insulin spikes, also avocados are one of the lowest carb fruits in the world, they aren’t high carb

@veloman Isnt it that you always have to eat fruit with raw fats?not with something like a plain steak (not really sure tho correct me if im wrong).And seems like i remember wrong about the avocados lol.

@PrimalFinngolian yes correct fat works best, but protein also helps slow spikes, and about avacados, there carbs are mid but net carbs are pretty low
