    Hi everyone,

I’ve had a dust mite allergy since I was a child. Back then I started immunotherapy (allergy shots), which I took for about two years. At first they helped a bit, but over time they seemed to stop working for me.

After that, I switched to antihistamine tablets. The problem is that I’ve been taking them very irregularly, almost not consistently at all.

I also sometimes experience mild asthma symptoms and shortness of breath, which I suspect might be related to my allergy.

Recently I’ve been wondering if there is any way to actually “naturally” improve or reduce this allergy long-term, or even get rid of it. I know allergies usually don’t just disappear, but I’m curious if anyone here has experience with alternative approaches, lifestyle changes, or anything that actually made a difference for them.

    Would appreciate any advice.

To my knowledge, the things that may move the needle the best are unheated, raw local honey and raw milk/kefir. Not sure how effective this is after development but it's worth a shot.

        Enjoy the raw milk

Consume different types of fermented foods and drinks.
Try kombucha, fermented raw milk, pine needle soda, high organ meats, mouldy yoghurt (should be green mold around the raw homemade yoghurt), aged cheese, water kefir and raw milk kefir, fermented fruit sodas, fermented eggs
          etc.

The point is to consume many different types of the good bacteria that will heal you from the inside out. Oh and dust mite allergy can get more intense when eating processed foods like chips and whatever there is.
