    The meat still has nutriton (if u eat it raw or barely cooked ofc) but use of stimulants on it results in bad quality. If u have been eating raw before then there's very small chance that you'll get sick

                    I apologise, I misinterpreted your question. Supermarket meat is kinda bad, you should avoid it if you have the luxury. But also this is the same meat you consumed all your life - but cooked. Whether you should cut it out of your diet is up to you. meat is for building

                      Yes I eat it all the time and I've only had benefits. Stop acting like supermarket meat is inferior to butcher meat when you're literally told how the animal is raised on the package half the time (e.g pasture-raised, fed xyz, no vaccines, etc.)
