How does one grow their hair to be long and healthy i am using a shower filter all though it’s not a good one I’m about to buy a filter baby I also use raw egg yolk and oils for my hair I have seen a minor change in growth but my hair is still growing at a pretty slow rate my goal is

Shower filters don't work. It's a million times better to just bathe only if you can. Idk my hair has always been thick and it only change a little bit since I've putten eggs on my scalp before I shower. I don't recommend you use "oils" for your hair. It's better to use products you eat. Apply bone marrow or butter and make lube formula so that the scalp doesn't dry out

aajonus recommends a mixture of 50/50 bone marrow and raw butter applied on the scalp for hair growth.
Also massage your scalp to promote blood flow -
@dionysian23 you should consume more raw organs and make sure that u get enought sun on ur hair daily

@Alexander I do eat raw liver almost daily not that much though maybe I should eat more per day and I also sorta run my own business so I am in the sun a lot working thanks for the advice G
