1 liter of raw milk with 4 raw eggyolks everyday
300 grams of raw meat ( 5x times organmeats in the week liver and heart, other 2x times muscle meat )
Lots of fruit everyday mostly melon or pineapple
250/300 ml of raw colostrum everyday
40/60 grams raw butter everyday
Thats what I eat in a day.
sometimes I also eat sum potatoes only like 2 or 3 times a week
