@steendehenk Supermarket meat in the Netherlands is not a big problem, as compared to the USA, but it's less fresh than meat from a local butcher. So i would prefer buying from a local butcher, but it's not really bad if supermarket meat is the only option.
"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
