    @Rabbi that won’t work for myopia, myopia is from degeneration. Your skull didn’t develop properly, specifically the orbital which squishes the eye and the result is myopia.

      @Elliott87 I dont think his eye is squished, that would be severe degeneration and his eye area would look like disabled.

        Even the “modern” skull is pretty developed by today’s standards, you can see the difference in orbital size. Basically everyone these days has myopia

                @newuser as much as you want. But don't eat too much. The majority should be muscle meat. Also raw fat is the most important thing so that should be your nr1 priority

                Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

                  @newuser u could have a chance, your orbital must expand and then your eye will have to remodel.

                        @Rabbi Yes and its also the fact that we look at everything close by. Think screens, books, school, we’re often in closed rooms. That adjusts the eye for close sight
