      This is a double edged sword because the chicken was likely very sick but cooking it destroys the toxins. so it's better than eating raw chicken that's toxic.

      For normie food i'm sure it's "healthy" but i bet it would have alot of preservatives.

                  @Elliott87 Is it the same with every kind of meat fish,poultry,red meat ect,so you should always eat it raw, even if its lower quality?

                    @PrimalFinngolian I usually eat only raw, and at least decent quality like at least 9 months completely grassfed. I’d rather not eat meat for a day than eat low quality or cooked

                      @Liverlover Sometimes my only options are eating low quality meat raw or cooked,not really sure if i should just eat it raw.💔😭Luckily, i still most of the time have acces to better quality, so its not a big concern.
