Why do some people gain muscle mass easily?

    I'd like to know if people who gain muscle mass naturally and easily have simply developed enzymatic mutations to digest cooked food, or if genetics is the main factor?

      Genetics pretty much every single time.

      Below is 6x Mr.Olympia Chris Bumstead as a natural with only 2 years of training in this photo.. aged 17!

      Moral of the story is choose your parents carefully next time.

        @pz1try愛 I worked out for 2 years and still looked smaller than my brother who had never touched a gym at the time. As jay said it’s just a game of genetics.
