i remember 2 years ago, before i started the diet i had a panic attack.

i was dreaming about some box in an infinite space and was imagining some really uncomfortable and impossible to replicate texture.

after i awoke, i ran to my mother with full stress mode telling her that i feel horrible because i want tommorow it to be a day in 2000 years but its impossible since tommorow is tommorow.

that made me go full panic and i ran to the house door to try to run away and couldnt figure out how to use a key to open it.

i then was able to settle down and chill with my mom.

what would cause such an abnormal effect in humans, where they go fight or flight mode over such a minor and weird thing?

@liverman12 yo I had something similar after I fell asleep taking blinkers off the pen. I felt like I saw a lot of stuff and realised the world is ridiculous how tf we exist and got freaked out and got derralisation after. No panic attack but was disturbing.

I think panic attack is unsheathed myelin, not enough fat shielding nerve impulses so the brain gets overwhelmed quickly.

Reduce stress by eating raw eggs/raw cheese
You need more fat in your diet.
