Hi guys. Have been doing the veg juice. Recently, no matter where I get the beef from, raw beef has this sweet and VERY unappealing smell. I cannot get past it, it is truly terrible. When I try to get someone else to smell it, they do not notice anything, but its so repulsive for me. What do i do? It seems to get worse the more it oxidizes in the fridge. Is this a sign that red meat is not for me?

That’s why you don’t just spoon white sugar also I was talking more ice cream because he’s talking about my post on Hagen daaz to try and say my intuition is bad but cream and milk even if pasteurized slows and lessens the insulin spike so does egg yolks not that I think you should be spooning ice cream all day like ray peat retards do but occasionally eating some every few days doesn’t have any significant negative effects unless your lactose intolerant or your body is actively in detox and trying to heal -

In "nature" or a best case scenario where your parents did the diet all their life, and you did it all your life, you wouldnt need the veg juice. If that is not the case then you need to detox. Veg juice helps you detox, and your getting fewer downsides compared to eating the whole plant since your extracting the juice.
