@Elliott87 I'm only saying it's weird, not dangerous or wrong or whatever. Meditation would be far better long term if you stay consistent and do just 5+mins a day, whereas sticking some stick up your butt and injecting eggs there wouldn't really help you long term with the depression. Cuz I don't think that depression is caused by lack of bacteria or nutrients on this diet,its mental health probably. Well whatever, do what you wanna do.
