    The night after I ate a Poptart, I had sleep paralysis for the first time in my life. I woke up on my grandparents couch and saw a figure with long hair standing in the hallway. All I was able to do was scream. I couldn't move. This happened like 5 more times. I would keep waking up from different dreams and this thing would torment me. I woke up super tense and my veins were popping out like crazy.
    Do you think this is psychological or an actual result of what I ate?

      @Swansven I always feel physically terrible when I eat any sort of slop, but I’ve never experienced something like this 😂

                  @veloman I've heard of bad foods giving people nightmares but not sleep paralysis. I honestly feel the same no matter what I eat minus a tiny bit of bloating it's unnoticeable. That being said I don't eat junk food so idk.
