Dont listen to him.
The only thing salt is good for (has to be the right salt tho) is for eliminatimg the poisons in water. -

I honestly just feel better when I don't eat any salt or as little as possible. I think most people hear would agree, just listen to your instincts

Salt has sodium chloride, which seperates in the body, so you will still get the pure sodium in the body.
