flat hair from sun?

ive been eating a raw primal diet since years now. regardless my hair is getting flat and dry whenever i lye down in the sun. is it the same mechanism with seed oils stored in the skin causing sunburn? but stored in the hair follices obviously. somebody help pls

2 times a day is preferred.

@manletmaumau lube formula is essential. Make atleast one a day but don't go crazy with them. I'd generally keep them to 1-2 a day because your organs also need fat (from ordinary butter)

maybe eat butter before you go out and also do egg yolk acv and raw honey hair mask once a week for a little while

While making lube formula make sure to add a lot of lemon juice just trust me
