My adult friend (Belarussian, 35+) has been depressed for the last 10-15 or so years. Effectively anhedonia. Not even pleased during sex, allegedly.
For as long as I've known her she's been considering suicide, it comes up in basically every conversation.
She's been a vegan for around 15 years. Correlation ≠ causation but she always looks ill and has dental and medical problems constantly

You can see that vegans have rounder eyes like with the prey animals.
