General Conspiracy

This planet and its life forms are purely experimental. There are thousands of other planets varying in similarity to ours that host life on it, all of which are under the supervision of more intelligent beings. These intelligent beings watch and record our evolution as the human species on planet Earth. Occasionally they might pay us a visit on our planet, but often during times of tension to keep keen on any use of nuclear weapons which could jeopardize our own existence, and their open-ended project.
The US government, military, agencies, etc. have 'seized' or been granted ownership of some of their technology, and maintain communication with these beings to a limited extent, as much as the beings tolerate or permit such a relationship. "Granted" as in these beings basically inspire in us the development of a technology or outright give it to us by means of a crash or interception.
There are greens, grays, nordics/plaedians and (probably): mantis', reptiles, and others. I think we only have recorded witness statements of greens, grays and nordics.
There are also theories that aliens have been visiting us since the dawn of time, which would support my Earth Experiment theory above. Abstract paintings, biblical references, and so on that are more or less unexplainable otherwise.

@ramus I never looked too deep, I kind of always thought Van Tassel was a scam artist, exploiting the interests of the American ppl after the Roswell incident.

@ramus I do think contactees and contacted can be/are legit though, as I wrote above. A few of my favorite stories are the Zimbabwe school incident, Charles Hall's account as a weatherman in the US military, and the Varginha incident
All three are super fascinating.

It's actually shot how even mentioning UFO's today, while the US government does this massive disclosure and with the countless of documented incidents and police reportings etc, you're still susceptible to normie gaze scrutiny. Already, I feel more invisible and schizo, when it's basically as true as water being wet.
