Stomaching Raw Liver

Yesterday, I tried raw liver for the first time and it was absolutely disgusting. It was veal liver which I bought from the local butcher and I tried a small piece raw which was so disgusting that I started gagging, not only the texture but also the taste was really unpleasant. What should I do?

theres a high chance that it was a low quality liver, with liver is either it tastes like absolute shit or it blesses your mouth, the one you got probably was too bitter, also if it was your first time of course its going to feel weird
