Need your advice, Male 16 yrs old
-
Hey guys, so I'm a male who turned 16 almost a month ago and I'm tryna maximise my growth and health with primal and wanna really start and know a lot already. I have drank raw milk a few times in the past and went well but my problem is my family makes it impossible for me to eat full primal. I live in Germany so there's good quality food and sources and so on. There is a great grass fed farm that sells raw milk 24/7 and it's 30 mins away with my bike so an hour in total to get there and back, so I can get raw milk there but the problem is my dad who doesn't yet approve of me drinking raw milk saying it's gonna make me sick etc. What is your advice for me to max out my growth and so on? I'm 179 cm tall rn
Thanks in advance -

Thanks in advanceFor growth, definitely much raw dairy is needed (especially butter for fats too). And eat high quality grass fed fatty cuts of raw meat.
I have to bike the same amount of time too for my raw milk. Sucks that they dont have it in my town.

Thanks in advance@RamaSlayer just tell your parents that it's pasturized milk. Just higher quality or something. Don't argue with your parents

@RuskinPrimal Today I biked there and turns out they stopped selling raw milk forever from August 1st onward. next farm would be 50 mins away one way with a lot of uphill terrain with bike and it's not sustainable. Imma try call the farmer and ask if there are regular customers from my city so that I can leave my number and see if anyone who goes there can bring me a few liters multiple times a week in exchange for money. Or I somehow get my father to drive me which im unsure of. Feeling heartbroken

@Hunterskull stop complaining, i need to travel 2h with car for the closest raw milk place
I'm not complaining tbh, got a little workout everytime I go there with the bike.
But crazy that some ppl have to drive hours for raw milk. Availability is definitely a problem for people. I can't even get raw butter in my whole province. I have to make it myself.
