    if nearly all fish is now full of heavy metals and microplastics can you go good without them? only one good that i can think about is oysters

      @merib301 eating them raw makes it less of a problem. I think that deep sea fish are better for some reason. Oysters are totally goated though

        Fish consumption is overrated. We only need oysters really, if you even count that as fish. Most of the ocean is too toxic to eat fish anymore anyway, but the toxins from the sea are stored in the oysters shell. So oysters are goated.

        Plenty of iodine in oysters which is all you really need from seafood anyway. In about 10-15 years time our oceans will be wayyyy to fucked up to consume anything at all.
