I have to put fresh never frozen raw butter in my nostrils otherwise I get bloody noses. My system just dries out too quickly. Eating 5-6lbs a day of fat is unsustainable time and money wise. Plus, It mainly goes to belly fat. So I have to do this. Found it in one of Aajonus' Q&A and been doing it ever since.

Just a report/update about the diet.

Sidenote: Most of the fresh never frozen raw fat we eat is gonna go to the brain, other organs, and stomach. Skin comes last. The organs need nourishment first and most of the toxins get directed into our stomach. Hence, the belly fat when you eat large amounts of raw fat.

Another sidenote: Use refrigerated butter. It does stink if you do otherwise and use butter that's been left out, which leads to negative social consequences.

@organharvesting Yeah read the post. I don't. When I did or tried to I struggled to eat that amount. I'd get noticeably fatter, but also more moisturized skin. Would always lose the weight so easily.

Edit: I'm 6'5 240lb so don't pay attention to my food quantities and compare it to yours you manlet.

Edit 2: I wish I would eat 10lbs of raw fresh butter a day so I could grow to 6'8+.

@The-Real-Legend if you're getting too much belly fat on this diet, you need more sun exposure.
