Im getting into the raw meat way of eating and I have done some research to confirm that it is the most optimal way of eating for humans. I want to further my research but whenever I try, I'm digging through a bunch of bs ai claims until I get to actual nutrition and biochemical information. Does anyone know specific scientist and people who do scientific tests and labs on these topics?
Obviously, I know Aajonus's studies which Ive looked through, I'm just looking for other perspectives on the science behind raw meat.

Pottenger's cats, digestive leukocytosis (The Influence of Food Cooking on the Blood Formula of Man), any study that looks at nutrition of meat before vs. after cooking (either they admit its less nutrients or they have to add more meat to get it back to the same weight since the water soluble vitamins were lost and it weighs less), and idk of any others off the top of my head but ofc theres the 100s of toxic compounds formed by cooking any food
