What To Eat To Detox Arsenic And Soy Byproducts From Poultry Meat And Eggs.

These recipes come directly from Aajonus.

    https://aajonus.net/soy-toxicity-in-poultry-meat-and-eggs

    https://aajonus.net/arsenic-in-poultry-meat-and-eggs

    For Soy Byproducts:

    • 2 to 3 ounces coconut cream

    • 1 inch cube unsalted raw cheese

    • 1 tablespoon unheated honey

    • 2 to 3 inches section of unripe raw banana

    • 1-3 raw eggs

Eating enough raw meat daily helps remove body-stored soy protein toxicity aswell.

    For Arsenic:

    • 0.33 cup tomato

    • 2 tablespoons unsalted raw cheese

    • 5 to 7 leaves of cilantro

    OR

    • 2 to 3 ounces raw coconut cream

    • 0.5 tablespoon unsalted raw butter

    • 1 tablespoon raw cream (dairy cream)

    • 0.5 to 0.75 cup of organically-grown dark berries (such as blackberries, blue berries and boysenberries).

"Doctors" don't know anything about nutrition and diet. Don't listen to them. Enjoy consuming raw!!!
